    Heck no.

This is Bush and his tax cuts:

    4% in 2001:

    to 7.6% in 2009:

    >>>Failed 2001's plan of $1.3 trillion tax plan:

According to recently released IRS data, “the average tax rate paid by the richest 400 Americans fell by a third to 17.2% through the first six years of the Bush administration and their average income doubled to $263.3 million.” Much of their income came from capital gains resulting from the Bush tax cuts:

The drop from 2001’s tax rate of 22.9% was due largely to ex-President George W. Bush’s push to cut tax rates on most capital gains to 15% in 2003.

Capital gains made up 63% of the richest 400 Americans’ adjusted gross income in 2006, or a combined $66.1 billion, according to the data. In all, the 400 wealthiest Americans reported a combined $105.3 billion of adjusted gross income in 2006, the most recent year for which the IRS has data.

Wow- how does Bush not have integrity?

If you had said "but has not a zilch of brains" this would have made SOME sense.

But HOW THE HELL does Bush not have integrity?!?! He goes to church, he doesnt hate "people who cling to guns and religion" like Obama does, he's a Christian, and he had strong, Christian moral beliefs that he clung to, no matter who said what... and ALWAYS did what he THOUGHT was right for the country. He was unwavering in his dedication, and his faith.

If that's not integrity, then NO DEMOCRAT has EVER had integrity!

Source(s): Like I said- he may not be the smartest guy in the book, but Bush CERTAINLY had good morals and good integrity!

Unfortunately the guy we got has no integrity AND is NOT giving us tax cuts. He campaigned on great tax cuts....then he changed it to a one-time tax credit of $500. Now he's changed it to a one-time tax credit of $400....and I assume still being modified downward.

  • Nope. You can't be a real leader of the people if you don't have any integrity.
