    Melting Moments

    3 1/2 sticks (400g) butter

    1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)

    2 cups flour

    2 cups cornflour

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    First,Cream butter and sugar until pale.

    Next,Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Then,Roll into balls, then press.

    After that,Place on greased baking trayin rows.

    Finally,Bake for 20 minutes at 350F degrees (180C degrees).

    Banana Cream Pie

    2 packages instant vanilla pudding

    2 bananas

    1 pre-made pie crust

    Nilla wafers

    Cool Whip or whipped cream

    First,Make pudding by following the package directions. Allow to cool for 30 minutes to thicken it up a little.

    Next,Cut up bananas into about 1-inch thick circles. Then place the bananas on top of the crust to line the bottom of the pie.

    Then,spoon pudding into crust and fill it all the way to the top. Spoon on a thick layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding,

    After that, crush Nilla wafers and sprinkle on top.

    Finally,Place in the fridge and let cool for 4 hours before serving.

    Easy Cream Puffs

    3 cups Cool Whip

    1/4 cup sour cream

    4 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)

    1 tube sugar cookie dough

    First,In a large mixing bowl, blend together Cool Whip and sour cream. Add powdered sugar, mix some more and set aside.

    Next,Slice sugar cookie dough to make 3 inch circles.

    Then, put 1 tbsp of cream mixture on top of a sugar dough circle.

    After that, place another on top and roll together.

    Finally,Bake in a 350F oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.

    【Fresh Fruit Jelly】

    Ingredients : any kinds of fruit, diced(except durian and avocado)1/2 cup

    any kinds of fresh fruit juice(no sugar added)1 cup

    water 1 cup

    gelatin 2 tsp

    water(for dissolving the gelatin)4 tbsp

    sweetener 1 tbsp

    Method :

    First add water to gelatin

    Next stir and place in a bowl of hot water to dissolve.

    Then Mix fresh fruit juice and water

    After that add sweetener, the dissolved gelatin and fruit dices, mix well

    Finally put in refrigerator until hardened.

    【Lemon Curd Napoleon with Phyllo Pastry 】

    Ingredients : frozen phyllo pastry 4sheets

    melted butter 20g

    sugar 2tbsps

    chopped almond 1tbsp

    whipping cream 100ml

    lemon curd 2tbsps

    icing sugar for decoration little

    Method :

    First thaw the phyllo pastry in refrigerator well before using.

    Next place one sheet on a clean, dry work surface. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle the sugar and almond over. Cover with another sheet and repeat for two times.

    Then cut the phyllo layers into 10cm triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet sprinkled lightly with flour. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until golden brown and crisp. Remove and let cool immediately.

    After that whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the lemon curd, mix well and keep in refrigerator until needed.

    Finally before serving, arrange one piece of phyllo triangle on a serving plate. Spoon one big spoonful of lemon curd cream. Cover with another piece of phyllo triangle and more lemon curd cream. Cover with another phyllo triangle and sprinkle the top with icing sugar. Serve immediately.
