    Aveda Brilliant Damage Control.

    The best in my opinion.

    • For all hair types

    • Protects against thermal damage

    • Reduces breakage from combing

    • Helps protect against UV damage

And it's in your budget of $15.

I use Silk Elements line. However if you want your hair to grow it may be better to do styles that do not put a great deal of heat on it, that's very damaging for your hair. Try some of the wrap styles they do not require much maintence at all and you are not applying a lot of heat.

Try the Brilliant Damage Control by Aveda. Its $15 and you can go to their website and put in your zip code to find a salon or store that carries their products.
