What is the Semester Tester under boolprop cheat on Sims 2?

What is it and what does it do?

It allows you to 'skip' uni and still get credited for it.
I don't like to use boolprop as I left it on once and corrupted a whole neighbourhood. I use college adjuster, which allows you do the same and has more options.
