Chances to transfer? How good do they look, please.?

I really wanna go to UCLA or Berkeley and have applied.

I have a 3.74 gpa (slightlyhigher or on par than their transfer averages) and i wrote very good essays. What are my chances, to atleast one, or both. Thanks (remeber this is transfer they don't ask for SAT/ACT)

Update:

Thats not true at all... 94% of all UCLAs transfers come from Community colleges, only 2.5% come from other colleges, they want people getting their 100's done after working hard. I also go to the 2nd highest transfer CC in the nation.

Wow, nice gpa. You really know your facts. I think you'll get into both.

This will depend a lot on your current school, and the rigor of your curriculum. If you've got a 3.74 at a local community college taking 100 level classes, it's not nearly as impressive as a 3.74 at say, a state college taking 300 level stuff.
