1) 如果買樓, 人地話通常都可以同個經紀傾下佣金打折, 然後按經紀表現加番上去. 假切近期相約單位既成交價係$150萬, 而經紀話業主開$160~. 而我既BUDGET頂線係$152. 我該如何同個經紀傾, 包括佣金, 係最好呢?

2) 實戰時, 應該"幾時"同個經紀傾個佣金? 因為簽睇樓紙時已經要寫清楚.

    1) 俾少d佣個agent不如講到好似俾多d佢咁,話佢知你好想買,但得145,叫佢去試下,做到俾多一個佣佢,咁引佢佢好落力好多,最後傾唔到145都有可能傾到近架

    2) 最後先講,話就係差佢少少佣金,減到你想做既價就即買,一般agent見張單都到手啦,都會答應。簽左睇樓紙無問題架,係臨時買賣合約寫明佣金幾多,驚既叫agent寫埋睇樓紙無效,以臨時買賣合約為准。
