FROSTWIRE: Why is it only on "Starting Connection?"?

Everytime I open FrostWire, it always is at the first level of connection. It says theres something with the Fire wall, which I have no clue on how to adjust..

How do I fix it so that I get the Turbo Connection that I was able to have before?

    You enter an exception for the program in the firewall. If you use a router, you also have to forward whatever port Frostwire is using to your computer.

    Go to Start

    Control Panel

    Change Firewall Settings

    Adjust anything and try it again.

    If it continues, uninstall then reinstall Frostwire.
