Creating Perfect Swirls On Photoshop?

Question

Does anyone have any idea how this girl got her swirls like that ?

I know how to do them just not like that

She hasn't done anything different from you in the sense of the steps. She probably made each of the swirls a different section. For instance in yours they are steady paths from one end to the other. She has numerous paths created, starting and stopping at each section where the yellow covers the end of the line. Where her line gets thinner, she may have used the paintbrush tool to draw it out.
