要求減租的email該怎麼寫

快要續約，業主quote的租金不是很合理，但言下之意是初步quote價有商討空間。要寫email給物業公司要求減租和再quote價怎麼寫能客氣一點呢。

Referring to the new rental quotation of the above leased unit, we would request for a downward adjustment by 15% which is in line with current market of similar premises in the vicinity. Therefore, we would suggest a new rental rate of HK$15,000 per month which seems reasonable and fair.

Our relationship has been well maintained for over 10 years and our rental payment record has been excellent. Therefore, we are looking forward to your kind consideration and please let us have a favourable reply at your earliest convenience.

Due to the general recession recently, we believe the new contract price of this premises is way too high. We therefore request for a reasonable reduce of rent such as 20% off then your new contract listed.
