'Print cartridge error' for HP PSC 1350 all-in-one printer?
After numerous emails with HP customer support involving numerous troubleshooting steps, I called HP customer support where I may have gotten a decent answer. It seems that since I use refilled ink cartridges, the printer shows a print cartridge error.
I was told that buying new cartridges will solve the problem, due to some issue with the gold contacts on refilled cartridges. Will this solve the problem? I don't want to buy new cartridges and then not use them.
