Do you have any diet tips?

I'm losing weight, but it's so hard!! Eating veggies & drinking water helps, so does eating smaller portions & exercising - BUT I still crave sweet stuff really bad!! What do you do when you crave sweets??

I eat them, Just in smaller portions.....

    i replaced sweet stuffs by eating sweet potatoes lol it helped and it also made me feel full

    also jogging burns more calories then running

    jogging does not burn more calories... running burns them faster. anyway take CLA you can buy it at GNC or take hoddia. Hoddia curves your appetite.
