The internet is a global marketplace. You can buy almost anything you want
and shop with just the click of a mouse. However, this freedom also has its down
side—you cannot be sure if the person you are dealing with is an honest trader or
just someone who is out to steal your money or your identity.
Scammers can pretend to be selling a product—often very cheaply—just so
they can steal your credit card or bank account details.
Similarly, they may take your money but send you a faulty or worthless
product instead—or even nothing at all. Most online auction sites put a lot of effort
into spotting scammers, but cunning scammers can trick you into making a deal
outside of an auction site.

The Internet is being used as part of a global marketplace when people use it for buying and selling something. You almost can buy whatever you want and shop on line with just a mouse click. However, this convenience also become a part of worrisome problem, because you can not assure if the person you are going to deal with whether he/she is an honest trader or just the one who is going to steal your money or your identity from the electronic transaction.
Cheaters or scammers always set fraud to sell you a product, usually very cheap as for stealing credit card codes or bank account details.
Similarly, they might accept your money but send you a faulty or worthless product for instead, or even response you nothing at all. Most online auction sites providers put a lot of efforts to quarantine the posssible scammers, but those cunning scammers make another trick to get the delivery dealt somewhere for example outside of a certain MRT station instead of using the legal postal system.

The Internet shopping is like a global market; you can buy almost anything you want with just a clicking of mouse. However, this convenience has its disadvantage that it could not ensure the quality of the product to consumers. Some sellers might give you a totally different product from what you saw, or sometimes they do not even give you anything at all.
Unfortunately, you could easily lose your money or even your identity on Internet shopping as well. There are some sellers make their price intentionally low, so they can steal the money from your credit card or bank account. Even though some auction websites have put so many efforts on anti scams, you should still be extra careful when you are using the Internet shopping.
