I honestly hate how people like Larry Bird because he is "Larry Bird" I think Nowitzki is better, did larry average 27ppg for his career?? From a position stand point, Bird didn't play that much post, so his position was meant to shoot. I've talked to former NBA players and when they played Larry they said he was good but not that good, they said he would come fast of the screens, and pop a jumpshot, they said that's how he scored all of his points. Nowitzki is deadly at his position because not that many PF's can shoot like him, he really stretches the D, and they have to respect his shooting ability, so he can drive right by them. Now for Allen and Miller, Miller is better, he could create his shot and Allen most of the time is a catch and shoot type of player, I don't know the percentages of the top of my head, but i think Allen's is a little better, but a key skill to being a good shooter, is being able to create a shot for yourself, and that was a skill that Miller possessed.
