    Best Answer

just multiply the number of possibilities for each factor. 2 orange or blue x 2 yes or no x 2 red or green =8 combinations total

    2x2x2=8

Green (Blue, Yes, Green) - Combo 2

    Blue

Red (Blue, No, Red) - Combo 3

    No

Green (Blue, No, Green) - Combo 4

Red (Orange, Yes, Red) - Combo 5

Green (Orange, Yes, Green) - Combo 6

    Orange

Red (Orange, No, Red) - Combo 7

your answer could be like this....... is this too simple? Do you need numbers? 2x2x2 or 2 ^3 because you have you have 3 combination's of two and when multiplied together you get the total of the combination

    blue orange

    red yes red yes

    green yes green no

    green no green yes

    red no red no

You can make like a tree chart. Start with one branch at the beginning, branching off to blue and orange, then from each of those branch off two for yes or no, and from those branch off two for red or green.

the "mathy way" to see this is as 2^3

    the graph:

at the top: Blue and Orange

    on the sides: Yes-Red, No-Red, Yes-Green, No-Green

This should give you 8 places to see how the combinations work

    2x2x2

2 combinations of one x 2 combo of another x 2 combo of another

then for a chart make it kind of like this

    Blue Yes Red

    Orange x + +

    No + x +

    Green + + x

that graph could be wrong but i'm sure my answer is correct

Number seven answer is that compression causes heating, as for the rest, open your text book. The chapters are short and relatively easy to get through. All things in life are not this simple, you will appreciate this one day.
