A SWOT analysis is typically conducted specifically for your company, based on market research, current practices, etc. There might be templates available for free but the actual analysis of your company is typically a paid service from a professional marketing person. You can start your own assessment, however, by asking the right questions, such as:

Who is your ideal customer? (Describe your primary target market.)

Who are the company’s major competitors?

What, specifically, makes your company’s products/services unique? In a market that is difficult to differentiate, explain what concept you are selling instead of a product feature/benefit set.

Below is a resource called The 50 Questions that contains these and more to get you started conducting your own SWOT analysis.
