how do i get rid of lactic acid?
i just went for a run and i get real tight calves and bad cramps and im wondering how do i get rid of lactic acid and what are some good streches to help with the tightness of calves and how do i do them.
also how do i make my legs not ache as i have a rowing competiton tomorow.

there is no fast way to get rid of it. but stretching can help.

The method I found best for me was to take a warm bath. Ice(for swelling), rub the best muscle cream I have then wrap it up. I always feel better the next day. I've dealt with A LOT of these
