okay heres the story problem-

Padde boats are for sale by the company river fun. The equation c=0.10 t+4 gives the charge in dollars c for renting a paddle boat for t minutes.

alright now heres the question from the story problem.__

a customer at river fun is charged $9. How long did the customer use a padle boat?

substitute in all ur info first:

c= $9

then solve it algebraically:

$9=0.10t+4

-4 -4

-----------------

$5 =0.10t

---- -------- = 50 min. I am not 2 sure though <3
