Okay...this is my typical daily diet...need any changes?
I eat really sporatically throughout the day, so I decided to record exactly everything I ate today, and I've never thought about it, but it looks like...not the best diet, though I try to grab what's healthy when I can...can I have someone's opinion/suggestion?
Select Harvest Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup (1 can)
Simple Harvest Quaker’s Maple with Pecans Oatmeal: (1 packet)
1/2 cup skim milk
A red apple
Coffee with cream
1 ABC vegan chocolate chip cookie
Broccoli with cheese sauce
Snapple White Tea (1/2 bottle)
Handful of walnuts
Salted Popcorn (1 bag)
Swiss Miss hot cocoa
3/4 cup skim milk
Also, later tonight, I plan on drinking a couple margaritas.
