Maternity Benefits in Canada, can I apply again?

I am presently on Maternity leave since Late March 2008-I return to work late March 2009. I just found out I am about 4 weeks pregnant, which will make me about 3/4 months pregnant when I return to work Can I apply for maternity leave again in 8 months, or does it have to be a full 52 weeks?

As far as I know as long as you have 600 hours in the last 52 weeks or since your last claim you can reapply. So in other words in that 8 months if you have 600 hrs you should be able to apply again. Check out the Service Canada website for more info.

You must work 600 hours, then you can collect. Congratulations.
