Hyundai Employee Treatment?

How does Hyundai Motor Company treat their employees in foreign countries? or even in their own country [South Korea]?

    I can't say for sure, but I think they treat the employees fairly in Korea. They have a lot of unionized employees there. The last I heard anything, they were going to strike, not because of being treated poorly, but because of a deal their government made with the US over beef (meat) !

    I don't think they run sweat shops or anything. They are South Korean, democracy, not North Korean(communist). Hope this helps you out. They are great cars!

    I don't know about their employees, but they take good care of their dealers.
