    your BMI is 23.0

    this is definitely normal. =] skinny mini. lol

    Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

    * Enter your weight and height using Standard or Metric measures.

    * Click on "Compute BMI" and your BMI will appear in the heart of the figure.

    BMI Categories:

    * Underweight = <18.5

    * Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    * Overweight = 25-29.9

    * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    Your BMI is 23.0, which is healthy weight. A BMI of 25 or over is considered overweight.

    This website is good. But remember any muscle you have, the test will count it as fat. So that's why some body builders are actually classed as obese.
