Slyman's is great as others have said. But the corned beef at Corky and Lenny's in Woodmere (on Chagrin Road) is worth traveling for. This is one of the great Mid-Western delis. Aside from corned beef, their soup - especially the kreplach - is wonderful. Here's a good site to judge from:
