Advantages: Big offer how to spend time( theaters, concerts, etc), possibilities of shopping, a lot of working places, transport is always available, work is also nearby because many big companies have their locations in the city

Disadvantages: Cities are very crowded( on buses and on the pavements), traffic is heavy, city's car parks are always full, much much much much more crime in cities and don't forget the pollution! Because there is so many cars and other vehicles, there is lots of carbon monoxide in the air, with continued excessive exposure it can cause lung cancer and other respiratory deceases.

Lots to see and do, more job opportunities, no need to own a vehicle due to transit transportation.

Too many people, expensive to live in a big city as compared to a smaller town.

I have lived it both and would never go to a big city again.
