Deputy Minister San believes

that Taiwan is another small country

that has numerous points in common with Finland,

which was ranked first in world competitiveness in early 2000,

and that Taiwan is by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time,

that the island is superior in the advantage of location,

and that Taiwan fails to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony.

    1. Deputy Minister San believes that Taiwan is another small country that has numerous points in common with Finland, which was ranked first in world competitiveness in early 2000.

    2. (That) Taiwan is by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time.

    3. (That) Taiwan fails to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony.

Taiwan is also by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time that it fails to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony.

"Deputy Minister San believes that Taiwan is another small country that has numerous points in common with Finland, which was ranked first in world competitiveness in early 2000. Taiwan is also by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time that it fails to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony."

Deputy Minister San believesthat Taiwan is another small country

that has numerous points in common with Finland(為small country的形容詞子句), which was ranked first in world competitiveness in early 2000(補述用法,當作Finland的補充說明), and that Taiwan is by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time, that the island is superior in the advantage of location, and that Taiwan fails to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony.

Deputy Minister San believes that Taiwan is another small country

that has numerous points in common with Finland, which was ranked first in world competitiveness in early 2000, and that Taiwan is by no means inferior to Finland in the advantage of time, being superior in the advantage of location, and failing to measure up to Finland only in respect to harmony.
