Sledding in Cleveland Ohio?
I'm part of the Boy Scouts of America in Cleveland and I'm looking for a dare-devil type of sledding hill. I don't want to have to pay or go to a ski resort. Preferred if staying in the Cleveland Area. I know there's no snow YET but this is for February.

Here's your dare-devil adventure, if you're stupid enough to try. Make certain you have someone with you with a cellphone to call 911.
More information on Punderson is below.
In Lake County, this hill at Willoughby City Hall supposedly is great.
Here are all of the Cleveland Metropark sledding hills:
If you haven't done so, I would call the Metroparks and ask the location of their best sledding hills. My understanding is that the hill in Hinckley reservation off State Road has lights for night sledding and is longer and steeper than most. Call before you go. See listing below in Medina County:
Punderson State Park in Geauga County:
"Bring your own snowmobile to enjoy the 14 miles of trails at Punderson State Park in Newbury Township. It's one of the few places in Northeast Ohio where snowmobiling can be enjoyed on public land.
The park also has one of the biggest sled hills in the entire area. A fire is kept blazing in the chalet on top of the hill to help take the chill off. Sledding opens at 3 p.m. weekdays and at 10 a.m. on weekends."
The Punderson sled hill apparently also is lighted:
Punderson sounds like a winter sports venue that should at least be checked out by a sledding enthusiast:

If you down to Edgewater Park, there is this huge hill. It's kind of near the shoreway, so just be careful what part of the hill you start on, but I've seen a ton of kids sledding down that hill in the winter the last couple of years. Looks fun!

I know you said you didn't want to pay, but the Cleveland Metroparks Chalet in North Royalton has an awesome toboggan run. It is very fast, tracks are refrigerated so it doesn't even have to have snowed.
