1004 grams of CaCO3 that's 95% pure gives 225L(STP) when reacted w/ excess HCl.What's the density(g/L) of CO2?

The unbalanced chemical equation is

CaCO3 + HCl --- CaCl2 + H2O + CO2

Taking the molecular weights of the reactants and products, 100g of (pure) CaCO3 will release 44 g of CO2 (ignoring the bit that stays dissolved in the acid solution). You should be able to use that to do your calculation for 1004 g and 95% purity.
