PU Direct Soling Injection:
Because the manufacturing requirement of PU Direct Injection Soling is high and the processing of that is more complicated, the cost is relatively higher. Thanks to that molecule of the PU raw material is well blended, the penetration is well. Consequently, directly manufacturing product together with PU material and other materials is suggested. Moreover, all materials combine well. Although the cost is higher, the defect rate is very low.

The higher request for manufacturing, the higher the cost. As the evenly mixed molecules, the penetration is strength enough to directly combine with other PU material. It makes it well-combined and not easy to peel off. Although the cost is high, the rate of breakage is fairly low.

PU Direct Soling Injection (PU-DSI)
The Products cost using PU Direct Soling Injection method (abbreviated as PU-DSI hereinafter) are rather high than general process, the reasons partly fall on the strict requirements for the processing, and partly cause from our unique improvement on mixing of the PU raw material which is well blended with bonding particles. Thus, it enhances the penetration for the mixture, and benefits the adhesive strength to the other external material with different features.
However, the Product are mostly free from peeling off and naturally it gets all defects going minor.
