Ok, One more time, pay attention. If you must drink, eat a full meal before you go out. Full as in protien, fat, carbs, sugar, vegetables. A full meal. Why? If you have that in your system before you start drinking, it gives the alcohol something to chew on, slow it down before it hits your system. If you continue to eat as you drink, it slows it further, making the alcohol less damaging to your body. Now, this won't work if you are hellbent on getting drunk. Noooo, You need to stop at at least 2-3, and that third one, should be watered down with ice, juice, mixers like soda. Just a burger and fries won't cut it, it will help, but not do what a full meal would. For sure, have water in between your drinks, or even a coke, 7-up, as that helps dillute it even further. its ok, people won't laugh at you, its cool. Smart people do this, dumb ones don't. They are called DUI's and victims.
