What Do I Need for a Television / TV?

I'm thinking about buying a TV.

But I'm not sure what I need for it.

The TV is a monitor with built in DVD

But do i need to buy anything else

Any Cables

What type of port do i need

    It says it's HD Ready. That means if you want to watch hd tv you will have to get an hd cable or satellite box, and as the tv has one component (red/green/blue) input, that is the cable you'd need to connect the hd box to the tv. And red/white audio cable for sound.
