Strive harder to tackle difficulties and make more efforts in work, while pleasure is what you can derive from it.

    1. 吃苦= tackle difficulties; 多吃苦= strive harder to tackle difficulties.

    2. and的前後是對應的兩個比較級修飾之動作strive harder與make more efforts.

    3. work與pleasure是對應的兩個詞, 而字尾的it就是代表work.
