You need a sponsor who is an immediate blood relative (parent, sibling or adult child) or spouse who is a US citizen and who has sufficient income and assets to guarantee your support and a $30,000 bond. Without the sponsor, you cannot apply for immigration. You could only apply for a green card after you entered the US on an immigration-class visa. It can take a decade or more to enter the US after your relative files the petition for your admission, depending on your country of citizenship, relationship to the petitioner, how many people are in line ahead of you.
