我知道毛治國是交通部長，但是怎麼會同時有Transportation and Communications Minister 呢？

您對中文的"交通"兩個字的認知上有錯誤 交通是雙方互相往來 不僅僅只是運輸Transportation 而已 還有通信 communication 別忘了交通部除了管陸海空運輸外 還管郵政和電信
