Use one banana for each egg. I just made vegan cookies using a banana for each egg that is needed, they came out better I think than using eggs! And I thought that they would taste a lot like banana's, but they didn't even taste ANYTHING like banana's, they were really good. I highly suggest that you use a banana for each egg that is needed.

Try cornstarch. It thickens without adding a taste like baking powder would. If you want to make a completely vegan pie (no milk also), use silken tofu in place of both the eggs and the milk. It comes out tasting almost exactly like "real" pumpkin pie, and no one will know there's tofu in it unless you tell them. Here's my favorite recipe:

I made a vegan pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. It just needed pumpkin puree blended with silken tofu and spices. That thing tasted like pumpkin cheesecake. Here's the link to the recipe: http://www.boutell.com/vegetarian/pumpkin-pie.html

Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last couple years, I'm sure you've heard of the Paleo Diet. Read here https://tr.im/dzDGl

I hate to even call it a diet, because it's really just the real way that humans have eaten for almost 1.9 Million years, as opposed to the modern-day processed food diet full of grains, sugars, and processed vegetable oils.

    bananas and cornstarch? that's clever,

but honestly, i wouldn't mess with a good pumpkin pie recipe, especially on the holidays.

use ground flax seeds soaked in water for like an hour.

Egg beaters or other egg substitute works well.
