It is a regular thing that customers complain to the supplier about that the outsole of the PU shoes cracked after being used for 6-8 months and the supplier would reply without consideration that the shoe sole cracked because of the improper washing of the laundry company. Once there were similar situations, the three parties of the supplier, laundry plant, and customer would shirk his/her responsibilities without clarifying the root causes. Under this circumstance, it often results in that customers replace the agent (supplier) and take the loss on their own.

Once there are similar incidents occurred, the three parties, namely, the supplier, the laundry plant, and the customer would shirk their responsibilities without clarifying the root causes. Under this circumstance, it often results in switching the supplier and taking the sole responsibilities on their own by the customer.
