my therapist wants me to find 3 different extracurricular activitys?

i might do soccer but i have asthma and they need to be activitys you are active in

    Walking, frizbee, horseback riding, wiffleball, teatherball, tennis, pingpong, swiimming, water walking, trampelining, aerobics, volunteering to help with meals/habitat for humanity/good will/day care/etc, reading for blind services, get a little brother, stuff envelopes, learn an instrument, sing, cook, walk dogs, shovel snow, rake leaves, drive, bicycle, ride a unicycle, play video games, dance(Salsa, tap, jazz, ballroom, balet, belly, tininkling, etc), wine taste, climb stairs, rock climb, write, program a computer, clean house, do laundry, organize videos/cassettes/files/etc, learn a new language, bunjy jump, parachute, people watch, apply makeup, fix hair, ... ... the possibilities are endless

    Combine this need for exercise with some volunteer work. Employers love to see volunteer work on a resume as it indicates the person will go above and beyond the call of duty.

    Animal Shelter

    Abused women or children facility

    Museum Guide

    High School, College or Community Theater Usher

    Camp Counselor

    Big Sister

    Girl Scouts
