Can you open a corporate bank account in the States if you aren't a citizen?

For example, in that case:

1. A company is registered in some state(for example Nevada...).

2. The CEO of the company isn't a citizen, nor has a SSN.

3. The company opens a corporate bank account in some US bank.

The question is, are paragraphs 2 and 3 possible at all??

Thanks.
