how to increase my bench press?

ok i max at 215 i do 4 reps of 200 10 of 180 and 15 reps of 145 how many sets should i do of what weight and how many reps if anyone into weightlifting knows how to help id appreciate it

    how long have u been working out

    whats ur routine like

    diet?

    other workouts such as back triceps

    but untill i get this info i cant fully help u b/c

    u need to mix it up on more then one routine and vary ur routine such as

    adding negetives superset circuit different exercises ect plz email

    + i vouch on what the guy above me says.

    leg work ups ur testosterone and u may b overtraining

    This may sound funny, but bump that squat up. The hormone release is just what you need. Stop benching for a while and let your upper body rest up.
