Can somebody help me out with finding out the phylogenetic tree of a tuna, or any fish for that matter, or how I might find one? Thanks!

There are excellent trees of several groups of fishes in Gregory's book Evolution Emerging. You might also try J.Z. Young's Life of Vertebrates or Norman's book History of Fishes.
