why the bank doesn't have union?

it seems a lot of other company has union. muni, safeway, hospital and even school and bart. but how come bank doesn't have any union help their rights?

    normally in the past most all unions were made up of blue collar workers and since banks are made up of white collar workers they were never consider a group to be unionized!!!

    In Ireland there is the Irish Bank Officials' Association. It is really a union, looking for better terms and rights for bankers. I'm sure there is something similar in the UK, and very likely in other countries too.
