    The second one from the top. being Copper (I) oxide that means it has a +1 charge and oxygen has a -2 charge so for it to be a neutral atom and not an ion it would need to be the second one.

    Cu2O Oxygen has a charge of -2 always when given the oxidation number the number that is parentheses that is the charge of the element
