英聽報告求幫忙中翻英...急...!

明天一個英聽報告要交...但是對英文卻一竅不通...求哪個高手大大可以幫我翻譯一下這篇文章....今天晚上11.00以前要..急急..拜託了!

每個人都應該要吃維他命C,維他命C是重要的.

但如果不補充維他命c的話會讓人感到虛弱.

First of all,如果我們沒吃維他命c,可能會得到壞血病,造成體重減輕,容易疲勞!

Second of all,如果我們沒吃維他命C,會讓白血球減少,容易生病,抵抗力下降!

Third of all,如果我們吃太多維他命c,可能會導致腎結石,腸胃不適.

Finally,我們可以吃馬鈴薯,青椒,菠菜來攝取維他命c.
