由於在健保制度財物緊縮、開源節流下,使得醫院在經營上受到空前的挑戰與衝擊!尤其全民健康保險局在九十一年七月推出總額預算之後,醫院的收入減少,人事成本增加,如何在有限的醫療資源下提升自費醫療的服務品質,增進顧客的滿意度,是醫療部門共同努力的方向。隨著民眾生活水平提升,預防保健意識抬頭,國人知識生活水準已提昇多數人已有預防勝於治療之保健觀念,不僅對醫療服務需求增加,對醫療服務品質方面的期望與要求也愈來愈高。本研究以彰化秀傳紀念醫院自費健檢的受檢人為研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。

基於以上的研究動機,本研究希望能達成以下之目的:

1.瞭解自費健檢受檢者的基本人口特性,並探討其是否將影響其對自費健檢醫

療服務品質之重視程度及滿意程度。

2.不同之健檢顧客在評估醫院的服務水準時,對各相關的服務品質屬性之重視

程度。

3.病患到健檢醫療院所就診的主要因素及推薦度。

本研究將針對彰化秀傳醫院自費健檢中心部門顧客,探討其對於自費健檢醫療服務品質之重視程度及滿意程度中各項服務品質構面因素,並對各項變數進行因素分析並命名之、及單變數檢定(ONE-WAYANOVA)等分析,以瞭解不同的病患,不同的背景,對自費健檢服務品質因素是否有不同的重視程度及滿意程度。

本部分將根據研究所得之結論為:

1、樣本病患在性別方面乃是女性偏多;年齡方面,以30~49歲居多,且絕大部份集中在40~49歲之間,此結果與張宏禮(1998),候毓昌(1995)及曾淑貞(1986)類似,中老年人並非為自費健檢之主要顧客,此可能是健檢正逐漸地廣為民眾所接受。在學歷方面,以大學專科和研究所居多,可見民眾教育程度的普遍提高,對自費健檢的認同度增加;婚姻方面則以已婚居多;職業上是以商業及其他自由業為主,其次為工業。

2、整體而言,在結構上最重視的項目是「醫療設備」及「環境清潔」最不重視的是「寬敞空間」及「採光和亮度」;在過程方面,最重視的項目為「醫師會詳細回答問題」及「醫師的專業能力或經驗」,而最不重視的是「掛號的方便」及「等候領藥的時間」;在結果方面,最重視的項目為「診療後病情的改善」及「藥劑的療效」,而最不重視的是「醫院主動追蹤病情」。

3、彰化秀傳醫院是以親朋好友推薦(37.5%)最高,而在等候時間短及醫生有名這兩項皆居於較後面,顯示了醫院在此方面可能要再加強。就醫師而言,門診顧客對於醫師的推薦比率為83%;在醫院方面,門診顧客對於醫院的推薦比率(89%)。
