Where can I find or buy piezoelectric materials?

I am looking to acquire piezoelectric materials such as quartz, barium titanate, lead zirconate titanate, ceramics, etc. I need to find these preferably in rod or rectangular shapes, but any shape will work. I need these as soon as possible for a science experiment. Thanks for your time.

I know of one convenient source we've used for many science projects and that is the igniter for propane grills; it has a push button and two wires which can be used to place the spark where it is desired. These are available at a hardware store or big-box home supply where they sell the grills and parts.

Jim has the good answer. Cigarette and candle lighters both use piezoelectric crystals to make the spark for lighting the butane.
