Is there stock footage available for this?
I was listening to the audio commentary for the The Simpson's episode "Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming" and the commentators were talking about an aborted sequence involving Hans Moleman doing an homage to a famous piece of stock footage that I know I've seen before. It's a film of this airplane that sorted shaped like an umbrella gyrating up and down. I wasn't able to get the name of it but I'm listening to the commentary for the episode "Homerpalooza" and they make reference to that idea calling the piece of stock footage the Sanguinette Vibrella. However when I googled that term, nothing was found. Does anyone know what I'm referring to and where I can find the original footage because I'm sure I've seen it before.

I've seen that footage and I have no doubt "Sanguinette Vibrella" is the creation of the Simpson's writers.
About a minute into the YouTube below there's something similar to what you're looking for -- I didn't watch beyond that, and it's not the one I THINK you're talking about. The site below it is cool but I couldn't find it there.
