米酒 1大匙 豆瓣醬 1/2大匙 糖 1大匙 沙拉油 1大匙 酒釀 1小匙

作法: (1) 排骨洗淨後加入調味料醃半小時,再倒入蒸肉粉仔細拌勻,置於碗 內 壓平。

(2) 地瓜去皮切塊鋪放排骨上,以大火蒸30分鐘,取出反扣於盤上,食用時撒上蔥花、香油即可。-
