1/4 of the Russian Navy is parked off the coast to guard against an invasion but really its about parking a missile shield on their border they recently test fired a missile off one of those boats that went 7000 miles

None. Venezuela is only really important in the mind of President Chavez. He blows up his image to make himself seem like an equal to the superpower, but in reality, he is not important enough to go to war with.

None, Chavez will be deposed or "shot" within the next 5 years. He is truly hated in his country.
