Can a 100% polyester jacket (lining, filling, shell) keep you warm at 20 degrees?

I just bought this kind of jacket but I don't know how warm it would keep me in Wisconsin.

Of course, under neathe I'll layer with a long sleeve shirt, wool sweater, and a sleeveless fleece.

Yep, like the others said, you can't shrink it. Nylon and polyester are not natural fabrics, so they don't shrink like natural fabrics like cotton and wool do. You'd have to actually have it altered.

Maybe, It could be 38 degrees one day and below zero the next in the winter.
