Why is it that working out increases your sex drive but decreases your sperm count?

i mean what the hell!!

You ( the human male) needs both those things to "do it" right

so why are they inversley proportional?!

please can someone explain this biologically or scientifically?

Well, working out raises your body temp, which in turn kills sperm.

it doesn't decrease your sperm count, it decreases the amount of ejaculant because not enough fluid is replaced along with the increase in exercise. Sperm count remains the same.
