has anyone tried the acai berry diet?

it sounds like it works as a laxative

    Hi yes I have tried it, and I did see a slight weight loss, I did try and do a bit of exersise, ie walking the dog for longer, bike rides etc. I did notice that i was going to the loo more ofter which isn't a bad thing, I suppose I was getting rid of alot of toxins.

    yes,it does work as a laxative but in an antioxidant way.it purges out the unwanted materials from your body to cleanse it and at the same time,remove the fats in it
