    It's difficult to tell that they're about to do that pre-ejaculate thing. Not like the actual ejaculation thing which usually happens after a good warning.

    Don't confuse ejaculate with sperm.

    Ejaculating isn't the same as producing sperm... although the ejaculate is highly likely to have sperm in it, it ain't necessarily so.

    For someone who has a very low sperm count (Tom Cruise being one), they can ejaculate pints and never be sure there's a single sperm there.

    Most guys ejaculate and there are thousands of the little wigglers in there.

    No, they do not know if they are going to "pre-c*m" -- they do know if they are going to orgasm, the pleasure is intense. Pre-c*m is more than enough to get pregnant or diseased by though. No sex without condoms until you are ready and want to have a baby, and love someone enough to take some risks.

    No. Guys don't have any sensation at all regarding semen. Orgasms feel just the same whether semen comes out or not, let alone any pre-ejaculate.
